How to Use the Shop

Follow the full process from Steam sign-in and checking Coin or Koin to purchasing an item and claiming it in-game.

STEP 0

Before You Start

Sign in with the same Steam account you use to play on the server.

After registering once through Steam OpenID, you can purchase items and view your balances. Registered players may also receive Coin as compensation after a world wipe or a service issue.

Open the Coin & Koin Shop

Sign in with Steam

Use My Page in the portal header or SIGN IN WITH STEAM in the shop, then sign in with the Steam account you use in-game.

Verify Your Player Details

After signing in, confirm that My Page shows your player information. Items may not reach the correct player if you use a different Steam account.

Check the Destination Server

Koin balances and Koin items are separated by server. Select the 7 Days to Die server where you want to receive the item.

Before purchasing, always confirm that the correct destination server is selected.

The selected server number appears above the product list.

COIN

About Coin

Coin is distributed by the server team to registered players.

Registering through Steam OpenID allows you to receive Coin whenever you qualify for a distribution.

Compensation after a world wipe
Compensation for server or system issues
Server events and campaigns
Other distributions approved by the server team

The Coin Shop mainly offers items that help players get started. Distribution details and dates will be announced when applicable.

KOIN

About Koin

Koin increases as you level up and earn kills in-game.

When eligible level and kill increases are detected, Koin is added according to the rates below. The shop displays the Koin balance and products for the currently selected server.

Requirement	Koin Earned
1 level gained	2 Koin
1 kill	5 Koin

Example

If you gain 2 levels and 10 kills, you receive 4 Koin from levels and 50 Koin from kills, for a total of 54 Koin.

The Koin Shop offers food, building supplies, useful items, Market Listing Storage, and more. Products may be added or adjusted over time.

PURCHASE

Purchase an Item

Open the Coin & Koin Shop and sign in with the Steam account you use in-game.
When purchasing a Koin item, select the server where you want to receive it.
Select COIN SHOP or KOIN SHOP at the top of the shop.
Choose an item after checking its name, description, price, and destination server.
Review the quantity and total cost, then press Confirm Purchase.

After confirmation, the item, quantity, and destination server generally cannot be changed.

Review all purchase details carefully before confirming.

CLAIM

Claim Items In-Game

Join the destination server selected during purchase.
Make enough room in your inventory for the purchased items.
Enter either command below in the in-game chat.
When the completion message appears, check your inventory.

/claimyor!claimy

When multiple items are waiting, they may be processed one after another.

IMPORTANT

Important Notes

Use the Steam account linked to your in-game player. A different account may show the wrong player details or purchase history.
Always verify the destination server. Koin balances, Koin products, and item delivery change according to the selected server.
Check the item name, quantity, and price before purchasing. Purchase details generally cannot be changed after confirmation.
Make room in your inventory before claiming. Insufficient space may prevent some or all items from being delivered.
Do not disconnect while an item is being claimed. Wait until the result message appears.
Coin and Koin are separate currencies. Coin items cannot be purchased with Koin, and Koin items cannot be purchased with Coin.
Coin and Koin cannot be exchanged for cash. They are currencies used only within the server shop.

Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in with Steam

Check your Steam session and browser cookie settings. If another Steam account is active, sign out and try again with the account you use in-game.

My Koin balance is not displayed

Confirm that the correct destination server is selected. Level and kill updates may take time to appear, so wait briefly and refresh the page.

I cannot claim a purchased item

Confirm that you joined the server selected during purchase, have enough inventory space, and entered /claimy or !claimy correctly.

I selected the wrong destination server

The destination server generally cannot be changed after purchase. Always check the server number shown above the product list before confirming.

The purchase is complete, but the item does not appear

Refresh the page and verify the signed-in Steam account and selected server. If the status does not change, do not purchase the same item repeatedly. Contact an administrator with the item name, purchase time, and destination server.
